01Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, move to a lower plan or cancel any time from your dashboard. Changes happen right away, and we adjust the cost to the days left.
02What happens when I downgrade?
You keep everything until the paid time ends. Then you move to the lower plan's limits. Nothing you made is deleted. Items over the new limit are just hidden until you upgrade again.
03Is there a free trial?
Every user type has a free plan that never ends — no card needed. There is no time-limited trial on paid plans. Instead the first month costs less, and the plan card shows the exact amount before you pay.
04How is billing handled?
All payments go through Stripe. We never see or keep your card details. Every charge is listed out — no hidden fees.
05Is my identity protected?
Yes. Your real contact details stay private. The platform makes the intro until you choose to share more.
06Monthly vs yearly — what's the difference?
Yearly billing is discounted against paying twelve times monthly — how much depends on the plan, and each one shows its own saving. You can switch or cancel any time. Moving to a lower plan starts when the period ends.
