Who can sign up?

Three account types: Talents, Companies (agency / provider / firm / partnership) and Members. One account per person for life.

Why do talents stay private?

Every job post and direct offer goes through Hashtags. The talent sees "HASHTAGS POSTED A JOB" — never your company name. Your name shows only after the contract is signed.

Can I switch packages?

Anytime. Your new package replaces the old one at once. Unused days are not refunded, but the new plan starts right away.

How do I get rewards?

Finish missions. Every 5 missions give you a reward — basic credit, a profile boost, badges, or new profile sections (Comp Card, Portfolio, Look-book, Casting Video).

How do fees work?

The fee % goes down as your plan goes up. Talent fees: 25% (Free) → 10% (Elite). Agency fees: 35% → 20%. Direct client fees: 45% → 30%. Admins can change all of these.

How do payments work?

Stripe handles all payments. You need a card on file. You pay a 20% deposit when you pick a talent, and 10% upfront when you post a job. Refunds are handled through the platform.

Can talents book other talents?

No. Talents can be booked but cannot post jobs or book other talents.

Where do I see my notifications?

In the Notification Center in your dashboard, or the bell icon at the top. Cart, calendar, rentals, messages and rewards are all in one place.

Do you support more than one language?

English and Arabic come first. Right-to-left text works fully. More languages will be added over time.
